From 2020 to 2025, even as the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted daily life and slowed development projects across Kenya, the Goat Hope community remained committed to bringing the Goat Hope Dairy to life. Over the past five years, we have continued steady progress: completing interior tiling, securing water and electricity connections, and beginning the assembly of the milk-processing equipment. The dream of a fully operational, community-owned dairy is closer than ever. The final step required to make the dairy functional is the installation of a 10,000-liter water tank—essential for safe, efficient milk processing and sustainable operations.
